Jamie Fleet (Alumni)
Jamie graduated in History (1st class MA Hons) from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, undertook multiple legal internships in London and came to study for the Master of Science in Public Administration (European Governance) at Leiden University.
Rens Hogeling (Alumni)
After simultaneously graduating in his Bachelor Public Administration and working for the communication department of the University of Twente, an interest for a combination of the two fields clearly emerged. This defined his choice for the specialisation of Public Policy, Lobbying and Media in Public Administration at Leiden University. On a project basis he works for the public library advising the organisation on reinventing their public image and political contacts.
Anna S. Iuppa (alumni)
Anna is a Masters student of Public Administration at Leiden University. She received her B.A. (magna cum laude) in History and Politics from New York University in 2011. Her Bachelor’s thesis on resource sharing between India and Pakistan received the highest honors. Anna has worked in education, both as a teacher in the U.S., France and Spain, and as a Regional Director of Common Cents, which runs the largest child philanthropy program in the U.S. Her Masters thesis analyzes NGO partners of the UN.
Christine Kraft (alumni)
Christine is a Master student of Public Administration at Leiden University and is specializing in Public Policy, Lobbying and Media. She previously studied European Studies at Twente University and wrote her Bachelor Thesis on the role of the European Court of Justice in Healthcare Policy. Christine has worked as a Public Affairs Intern for ExxonMobil and worked for several years as project assistant for EuroHealthConnect.
Vivienne Medik (Alumni)
Vivienne works as a researcher at the Institute of Public Administration and the Centre for Innovation. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she also worked as student-assistant. For the municipality of Rotterdam, Vivienne studied the city's middle management's commitment to an organizational change. Currently, she focuses on the new ways of working and the use of socio-technological applications in organizations and teams.
Nicolás Villa Moya (Alumni)
After obtaining his Bachelor degree in International Relations at Universidad del Rosario in Columbia, Nicolás studied Public Administration MSc at Leiden University, specializing in International Administration. His work experience includes different entities in the Public and Private sectors including the Colombian Government Trade Bureau, the Brazil-Colombia Chamber of Commerce as well as different private industry associations in Latin America.
Robyn Skelton (Alumni)
Robyn studied Public Administration at Leiden University, specialising in Public Policy, Lobbying and Media. She previously read Spanish and European Union Studies at the University of Edinburgh where she wrote her dissertation on the role of the Open Method of Coordination in the conduction of European Social Policy. Robyn has worked as an intern for a British MP, and has also acted a press officer for both the RNLI and a leading Edinburgh Festival venue group.
